It takes a grim, sprawling public-records dump and turns it into an interface almost everyone already understands: an inbox.
The presentation is unsettling on purpose, but the utility is real. Search, people pages, topics, attachments, random pages, and redaction workflows make the archive much easier to navigate.
It is not a casual browse, and it should not be. It belongs here because interface design can make public information more legible, even when the material is deeply uncomfortable.
