Random Colour

It does one thing and makes no attempt to do anything else. No hex label on the page itself, no copy button, no history, no favorites. The color fills the window and the site waits to be refreshed. Every design choice here is the absence of a design choice.

You get a color. Maybe it is a warm terracotta. Maybe it is a grey-green that does not have a name. There is nothing to do with it except look at it, which turns out to be the whole point. The compulsion to refresh until you land on something beautiful is stronger than you would expect.

Random color pickers exist everywhere with sliders and palettes and hex inputs. This one works differently because it gives you nothing to act on. Just a color and a tab. Most people hit refresh immediately. Some people sit with it.
